Southern Garden Centers is a consolidator in the home and garden sector focused on the Sunbelt. We acquire control positions in strong local businesses and take on the operational weight from day one — operations, technology, scalability, marketing, and back office.
Sellers who want to roll equity and participate in the growth and upside are genuinely welcome, and several of our best conversations start there. But we are not dependent on ongoing owner participation after close, and we don't ask founders to keep carrying the business.
Our goal is straightforward: a durable holding company spanning the Sunbelt, built center by center with real density in each market we enter.
